Our Italian Twist to Try at Home


Ingredients

Salmon Fillet, Feta Cheese, Spinach, Roma Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Linguine, Garlic, Butter, Salt, & Pepper… and a lemon slice🍋


Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  • Preparing the Salmon

    Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices, to lock in flavors!

  • Seasoning and Pan-Searing

    Pan-sear the salmon fillet in a hot skillet until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

  • Cooking the Spinach, Tomatoes, and Olives

    In the same skillet, quickly sauté the spinach, roma tomatoes, and kalamata olives until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften.


Making the Garlic Butter Sautéed Linguine

  • Ingredients for the Sauced Linguine

    You'll need: - Linguine, Butter, Garlic, and a dash of salt and pepper.

  • Garlic Butter Linguine

  • Begin by cooking the linguine noodles until they are al dente! While the linguine is cooking, finely mince the garlic cloves. Once the linguine is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the sautéed garlic, add a dash of salt & pepper, and olive oil. Toss the linguine gently to coat it with the infused oil. Then set it aside for serving.


Serving and Presentation

  • Plating Suggestions

    Create a bed of vibrant spinach, juicy roma tomatoes, and kalamata olives. Then, place the salmon on top.

  • Garnishing the Dish

    Finish it off with a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese! Add a sprig of fresh herbs, with a side of the linguine, with a lemon slice… and voilà!
