Zeppoli’s is proud to employ some of the best sous chefs in the area.  This month we are spotlighting one our best in Christian.  Christian has worked at Zeppoli’s for two years now, starting off as a dishwasher and working his way to be being one of the fastest and most accurate saute ninja’s we have!

We asked him a few questions to help everyone get to know him!

 

Zeppoli’s: What is your favorite thing about the restaurant industry?

Christian: I love the fast paced nature of a busy evening on the line, and being creative with specials and our menu.

Zeppoli’s: What keeps you motivated?

Christian:  My two kids, I try to work very hard for a business that gave me my start and has allowed me to grow and develop as a chef.

Zeppoli’s: What have you been working on lately?IMG_1135

Christian: Well, we are currently running a sweets week featuring several desserts, so we have been busy home making those.  Next we are hoping to plan out our entire 5-course Valentine’s dinner coming up in February.
